At the time of your inspection, you receive a 3-ring binger that has a variety of information to help keep your purchase a healthy one.  It includes information on:

The Home Guide Book also includes a resource sheet for vendors and contractors that have been referred by our customers.  They come highly recommended.  We are providing this information as a resource only.  As always, we recommend you always ask for references when dealing with vendors and contractors.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with the vendors and contractors on the list, please let us know.  We will not hesitate to remove them from the list.

Buying a home is a fun and exciting time of your life.  But, as time passes by, you may see items that are in need of repair or updating.  This is normal and may be a part of your routine maintenance to keep your home a Healthy Home. As you find your home in need of repairs or updating, document them using the forms provided by BBHI in your Home Guide Book.  (Make as many copies as you need.)  Cataloging the who, what, when, how, and cost of each repair will be a great benefit to you later should you need additional repairs or when you sell your home
